"M-mako... She's beautiful."
You were staring at your little baby girl wrapped up in pink blankets. You had just given birth to her... And she was undoubtedly gorgeous. She had a tuft of (h/c) hair on the top of her head and when she opened her eyes... You could see the most stunning emerald orbs you've ever seen. She was small, but she was a fighter. You had given birth to her prematurely, which was why she was in an incubator.
How desperately you wanted to touch her, hold her, feel her... However, you weren't allowed to since she was so tiny and fragile. You just wanted to hold your little baby... She was the world to you.
Makoto comforted you when the doctor took her away. You sobbed and sobbed, crying out for her. You didn't know why, at first, they were taking away your newborn child. You were so lost and confused; it was like you didn't know anything anymore. Makoto, thankfully, was your light in the darkness and he helped you and made you feel better.
Five days after you gave birth to little Asuka (you thought it was a cute name), you had finally been able to see her. She was tiny and absolutely breath-taking. You knew that the moment you laid eyes on her, you would never be able to stop. She was all you had wanted. You couldn't be happier. The only thing, however, that pulled your heartstrings and saddened you, was all the wires connected to her in the incubator. You didn't want to see your little baby in pain. They wouldn't let you hold her. At least not until they ran a few more tests. But you were confident in her. Confident that she was a fighter and that she would fight to survive, despite her being so tiny.
~Flashback~
"M-mako... W-will she be ok?" You asked your husband sitting next to your bedside. His head was in his hands. This was an equally stressful time for him as well. "I-I don't know to be honest (Name)... All we can do for now is just hope for the best." Makoto gave you a small, weak smile. Tears sprouted from your eyes. "S-she's gotta be ok..." Just then, a nurse came in announcing to you two that your little girl was recovering and that she would be ok. Your heart leaped for joy. Makoto gave you a giant bone-crushing hug. He smiled down at you and said, "Our little girl's a fighter."
~End Flashback~
Two weeks passed and you were finally able to take Asuka home. You were overjoyed. You couldn't wait to go home and show her all the things that were especially for her. Makoto was equally, if not more, happy that his little bundle of joy was to finally come home. He, as well as you, loved to hold her and shower her with affection. He even gave her a nickname: 'Asu-chan'.
Asuka was a very happy child overall, which you and Makoto were both grateful for. She would always be laughing or smiling, brightening up anyone's day instantly. She would always giggle at everything and she wouldn't cry much. You, as well as most people who met the little girl, loved her immensely.
Four years later, kindergarten started for little Asuka and she was growing up fast. She had shoulder-length (h/c) hair by now and bright emerald orbs, eager to learn. She made friends easily and was loved by everyone. Her best friend, however, was Hikari, Haru's son who was a month or two older than your little girl. They would have playdates all the time and you, Haru, and Makoto would hang out while the kids played.
A couple years later, she entered grade school, followed by high school. She got amazing marks and she had achieved so many awards already. You were so proud of her. She was a stunning girl with high hopes and dreams. You could have sworn you saw Makoto cry during her graduation ceremony. It made you think how many years passed by so quickly. Two decades ago, you didn't even know if Asuka was going to even survive.
But she did.
And you were grateful for it. None of these precious moments could have happened if she didn't fight for her life.
Makoto was right.
She really was a fighter.

Anxiety One-Shot(Makoto x Reader)
Swim class.... Great. Just another place for you to flunk at. You are an junior at Iwatobi High School and you somehow had a rocky start. Your parents had peer pressured you to work hard and at least get all As in all of your classes. Your mom blamed all of the bad grades to your swim team (Yeah, you have surprisingly joined the swim team on the first day of school and be sure you read the rest of the story; I don't want spoil you). You shoved your things in your locker and quickly changed to your bathing suit. The other girls in the locker room just talked to their friends and don't care about you, brooding at the benches. You were stressed

Valentine Revenge {Sousuke Yamazaki x Reader}
You were currently sitting in your regular seat at the bar, legs crossed and {favorite drink} in your hand. You had been there for an hour or so trying to drown your sorrows in pretty colored drinks, after all drinks were half price on Valentine’s Day. You sighed trailing your finger lazily around the rim of the glass trying to forget the reason you were there. You had been working your butt off the past few weeks trying to save up enough money to surprise your boyfriend with a great Valentine’s Day, you had cooked and expensive meal, made your table rival that of a five star restaurants and even bought a new black dress to top i

umbrella | makoto
(Name) waves at her friends, her shoes in one hand, a smile on her lips. She slips her shoes on, and just then, it starts pouring. The girl perceives the surprised yells of her friends and several other unprepared students. Her hands still, and her eyes flit over to glance at the pouring rain, an expression of slight distress painting her countenance. She had forgotten an umbrella. Internally, she begins to beat herself up for forgetting such a simple thing.
Makoto notices your despaired expression and tells his friends that he’ll catch up, shooing a whining Nagisa away with his hands.
