"Aren't you so cute~?" You tickled your nephew who just happened to also be Haru's newborn son, Hikari. Sousuke looked at you playing with the baby with an annoyed look since he didn't want to stay and look after his "friend"'s son. However, he had no choice since you immediately volunteered for the babysitting job and he got dragged into it.

You picked up Hikari and he stared at you with big, blue eyes that matched Haru's to a T. You rocked him back and forth, trying to get the little boy to sleep.

Sousuke, on the other hand, was just staring at the ground in front of him. He had plans. Plans to spend his day off in God knows how long with you. But Haru just had to go out with his wife to a special event. He thought it couldn't get worse than that.

Boy was he wrong.

Hikari started wailing all of a sudden, causing you to freak out a bit since you had no idea what to do, and Sousuke covered his ears to mute the high-pitched screams.

"What do I do?!" You asked worriedly, trying to rock Hikari to sleep. You tried everything: feeding him, burping him, even changing his diaper. Nothing would get him to stop crying.

Sousuke didn't know what to do. He hasn't spent his life around young children. He knew absolutely nothing when it came to babies. But he knew he needed Hikari to stop crying, and he would do whatever it took.

He motioned for you to pass Hikari over, which you did carefully. You were curious as to what he was going to do.

He started rocking Hikari, just as you did, but it just seemed a lot... softer and gentler when he did it for some reason.


And then he did the unthinkable.



He sang.



"Rock a bye baby, on the treetops..."



The calmness and tone of his voice was enough to make your legs melt. If he wasn't sexy before... He definitely was now.

Soon afterwards, Hikari stopped crying and his eyes drooped before closing. He was fast asleep.

Sousuke put him in his crib and then you tucked him in. You were still amazed by what you just saw.

"Sousuke... I never knew you could do something like that!" Your voice was filled with wonder. He chuckled. "I didn't either." He wrapped his arms around your waist, burying his head in the crook of your neck.

"You're going to have to do that again soon, you know?" You said softly, looking down at your slightly bulging stomach. He nodded, kissing your cheek.




"I wouldn't have it any other way."
